Like many veterinary hospitals across the country, we reduced our services in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis. Because restrictions have lessened, we can now schedule preventative procedures for your pet, and we want to make sure you are up to date on our protocol changes!
Our first priority remains the health and safety of our team, clients, and patients, so we are continuing to follow CDC cleaning and sanitation guidelines. Plus, to limit the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus, we are still requiring all staff and clients to wear face masks during interactions, such as curbside pick-up and drop off. Please be sure to have your mask on when our team member approaches your vehicle.
We are also continuing our safe and convenient curbside protocol to limit the number of human interactions in our hospital. When you arrive, please stay in your car with your pet. Call or text us at (845) 562-7861, and a member of our team will meet you at your vehicle to carry or walk your pet into our facility.
You can wait comfortably in your car while we examine your pet, and we will follow up with you by phone to discuss the exam. Check out and payment processing are also done over the phone. Your pet will then be returned to you, curbside. If you have any questions, you can text those to us as well.
If you need food or medications for your pet, please call (845) 562-7861 to place your order. If you live within 10 miles of our hospital, we’re offering free next day delivery of food and medicine currently in stock, including heartworm and flea and tick preventatives. We can also arrange for curbside pick-up!
If you have any questions, or if you would like to make an appointment, please call us at (845) 562-7861. Thank you for entrusting your pet’s care with us!
