COVID-19 Protocol and Procedures

Like many veterinary hospitals across the country, we reduced our services in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis. Because restrictions have lessened, we are now seeing you and your pet in the hospital, and we want to make sure you are up to date on our protocol changes!

Our first priority remains the health and safety of our team, clients, and patients, so we are continuing to follow CDC cleaning and sanitation guidelines. Plus, to limit the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus, we are still requiring all staff and clients to wear face masks during interactions, such as curbside pick-up and drop-off. Please be sure to have your mask on when our team member approaches your vehicle.

Please call when you arrive and remain in your vehicle until a staff member escorts you inside for your pet’s exam. At this time, only one client is allowed in for each examination. To reduce contact time, once the exam has been completed, we ask that you return to your vehicle while diagnostics and treatments are performed. 

For all technician appointments and medication pick-ups, we will be continuing our safe and convenient curbside protocol to limit the number of human interactions in our hospital. When you arrive, please stay in your car with your pet. Call or text us at (845) 562-7861, and a member of our team will meet you at your vehicle to carry or walk your pet into our facility.

You can wait comfortably in your car while we examine your pet, and we will follow up with you by phone to discuss the exam. Check-out and payment processing are also done over the phone. Your pet will then be returned to you, curbside. If you have any questions, you can text those to us as well.
