COVID-19 Protocol and Procedures

As of December 23rd, 2021 , we will be going back to curbside only care to help limit the number of human interactions at our hospital and reduce the spread of COVID-19.
Our first priority at Middlehope Veterinary Hospital remains the health and safety of our team, clients, and pet guests, so we are continuing to follow CDC cleaning and sanitation guidelines. Plus, to limit the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus, we are still requiring all staff and clients to wear face masks during all interactions, including curbside pick-up and drop-off.
Please be sure to have your mask on our team member approaches your vehicle.

You can wait comfortably in your car while we examine your pet, and we will follow up with you by phone to discuss the exam. Check out and payment processing are also done over the phone. Your pet will then be returned to you, curbside. If you have any questions, you can text those to us as well.

If you need food or medications for your pet, please call (845) 562-7861 or text us to place your order. We can also arrange for curbside pick-up!
