Dr. Sarah Stitzel

Dr. Sarah Stitzel joined Middlehope Veterinary Hospital in 2022. Dr. Stitzel has a history in emergency medicine and loves performing surgery. She graduated from undergrad at the University of Florida and went on to pursue her DVM at Ross University. Dr. Stitzel grew up in the world of veterinary medicine. Her father was a veterinarian and her mother is a practice manager. She always knew that she wanted to follow in her father’s footsteps and provide the same loving care she watched him give his patients. Dr. Stitzel spends her free time with her husband, her Golden Retriever, Pippa, and her calico cat, Brigitta. She enjoys gardening and hiking in the area. So keep an eye out on the local trails! Dr. Sitzel’s warm and welcoming personality and incredible emergency medicine skills have been a wonderful addition to our veterinary team.
